This site is a demonstration. No products are sold through it, no payment is processed, and no order is fulfilled. It exists to show how the HitScend Smoke Shop storefront would operate.
If and when it goes live, products would be sold by HitScend Smoke Shop as a Florida-licensed retailer, and the categories shown would require the permits applicable to each: FDACS food establishment permits for hemp-derived ingestibles, and a Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco (ABT) dealer permit for nicotine and tobacco products. Ordering in those categories stays closed until the relevant permits are held.
Product names, images and prices shown are illustrative. Some are sourced from manufacturers and authorised retailers; others are placeholders and are marked as such.
Seller of record
Products offered through this site are sold by our licensed retail partner, operating in Palm Beach County as Munchies Smoke Shop (Munchies Club LLC, 2402 N. Dixie Highway, Unit 12, Lake Worth, FL 33460) and House of Vapes, under common ownership.
Each location holds the Florida permits applicable to the products it sells, including FDACS hemp permits for hemp-derived products and an ABT tobacco permit for nicotine products.
HitScend operates this storefront and performs local delivery as an agent of the selling retailer. Your purchase contract is with that retailer, not with HitScend.
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to use this site or purchase any product. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement and that hemp-derived CBD products are legal in your jurisdiction.
Products & compliance
All products are hemp-derived and contain less than 0.3% delta-9 THC by dry weight, consistent with the 2018 Farm Bill. Product descriptions and Certificates of Analysis are provided for transparency and are not medical advice.
Orders & pricing
All prices, taxes, and delivery fees are calculated and displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, including where shipping to your state is restricted.
